This SmartCarb kit replaces the Mikuni BSR36 carburetor in stock or modified (big bore) E, S, and SM model Suzuki DR-Z400 4-stroke bikes, offering crisp, clean throttle response, substantial performance gains, and unparalleled ease of use.

36mm size recommended for most stock bikes. 38mm or 40mm sizes are available for modified bikes (big bore kits, hot cams, etc) or for those prioritizing peak performance.

MagVolt® Throttle Position Sensor option recommended for bikes equipped from the factory with TPS for 3D ignition mapping.

Every SmartCarb ships pre-adjusted specifically for the bike for which it is ordered. Please provide information in the forms below about any engine/exhaust modifications, how you ride (riding style), and what fuel selection you use.
