So far the SmartCarb has been one of the best mods for my Sherco 250 SE. I’ve been super impressed by how well it runs out of the box, and super easy to fine tune if needed. I like not having to worry about outside temps or humidity – the bike pretty much runs the same no matter the weather. Another plus is that it doesn’t spill gas all over the trail when I fall over or crash. That alone is worth the price of admission! While I never minded tuning a carburetor, I don’t live in an area anymore where I can do “throttle runs”, take the carb apart, change a jet or needle position, etc. then go for another run.
